Boulder Point Subdivision

Project consists of land clearing, grading, site preparation, erosion control and erosion control maintenance. Storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water and electric utilities provided to complete the expansion of a new phase of subdivision. House lots will be ready for construction upon completion of project.
